Additionally, the felon should also have zero balance on the court cost/restitution ledger also. Then I don’t see anything wrong with the felon voting or even owning firearms.

They did their time and paid their fine…

That's what the law said, but the unelected judges decided they knew better.

Because blacks make up a small percentage of the population, but commit the majority of felonies, they were "disproportionally" affected, hence "discriminated" against.
