Moronic. The issue at hand isn't what Phillips said or did or said he was trying to do. It's what The New York Times, CBS News, ABC News, Gannett and Rolling Stone all said about Nicholas Sandmann in their commentary on the incident after the fact.

Judge Bertelsman is a living argument for mandatory retirement ages for judges, or at least for regular testing of judges for evidence of senility and Alzheimer's.

This case is proof as to why Americans must demand the GOOBers don’t let a good opportunity go to waste and make term and age limits apply TO ALL FERAL JUDGES. Not just SCOTUS justices as the RATS are trying to pimp through Congress. Then, throw those age and term limits in for all House and Senate members. It’s unfair to allow RAT politicians to steal from the U.S. taxpayers for their entire lives and pass an unconstitutional bill denying SCOTUS judges from doing the same thing. It’s time lifelong politicians are shown the door after one or two terms.
