A former staffer for disgraced Gov. Andrew Cuomo was killed by a passing car after he was kicked out of a Lyft by an angry driver in the middle of a Delaware thoroughfare.

The driver of a Toyota Corolla behind the Lyft — which was possibly a Honda Pilot — switched lanes to avoid the stopped SUV and hit Wolf, who had just gotten out of the rear passenger side and was standing in the roadway.
The other five passengers were uninjured. The driver of the Toyota remained on the scene, but the Lyft driver fled and is still at large.

Lyft driver stopped in the *left* lane of a divided 4-lane highway. I’d say between a bone-head move of stopping in the high speed lane and then fleeing the scene of a fatal accident, the Lyft driver is going to be in serious trouble.
I don’t care who he is. This Lyft driver may have been negligent and is still at large (consciousness of guilt).

I feel sorry for his wife and family.
I don’t care what kind of fit the Lyft driver is throwing; I’m not getting out of the car until I am in a safe place.
I wonder if they’ll lock up the Lyft driver in a NY nursing home when they catch up to him..?
The Lyft driver fled the scene and is still at large? Don’t they have records of who orders Lyft rides, and books the fares paid etc???

Getting hit while standing on the freeway would provide Lyft, I’m guessing...
Soooo, what were they doing that required the driver to discipline them by kicking them out of the car? Are all of Cuomo’s past advisors lunatics that get kicked out of cars?

And if they were physically attacking the driver? We have no facts yet other then the obvious.
