I suppose it can be argued that the female officer took the sergeant by surprise. But one thing is for sure. The sergeant has some serious anger management issues.

I’m 100% against defund the police, but there are too many guys like this in uniform as well as too many cowards who are Uber tough on a timid person driving too fast then wilt in an active shooting situation (Ulvade, Florida….).

If the suspect is in cuffs sitting in a back seat of a
vehicle where air doesn’t circulate real well, it could be
a very bad place to use pepper spray or another similar
product.
The strange thing is, that stuff can hang around a while.
Someone will need to drive that guy back to the station.
Seems like a bad idea all the way around.
