Let me say from the outset, with a degree of specific assurance we generally reserve for other matters, Russia had nothing to do with the targeting of a grain facility in the port city of Odesa. Geopolitically and strategically, such an action would be against their interests. These events have the smell of the U.S. State Dept and CIA all over them.
Start by first reviewing the agreement between Russia and Ukraine that was announced yesterday. July 22 (Reuters) – Russia and Ukraine signed a landmark deal on Friday to reopen Ukrainian Black Sea ports for grain exports, raising hopes that an international food crisis … can be eased.” NATO country Turkey, specifically Recep Erdogan, brokered the deal between Russia and Ukraine. Ignore the narrative engineering and WATCH:
Russia was particularly a geopolitical beneficiary from the agreement itself. No longer could NATO and the western alliance blame Russia for the void in gobal food markets associated with the conflict in Ukraine.
From the perspective of Russian President Putin, the grain movement through the port city of Odesa was a net benefit. “Russia has taken on the obligations that are clearly spelled out in this document. We will not take advantage of the fact that the ports will be cleared and opened. We have made this commitment,” said Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu.

Russia or Ukraine?
Hard to believe Russia on anything these days. They’ve lied way too many times to be trusted.
You can be certain both the US and Russia tracked those missiles and know their point of origin.
We can do things and make it look like others did it - CIA
There is only one user of Kalibre missiles which are not mysterious.
It’s Russia. They had no business invading Ukraine. Period. Whatever happens, it’s on Putin and China.
I believe Russia. For the simple reason the strike was NOT in their geo-political interest.
Neither - there’s plenty of people in Ukraine that are profiting greatly by a sustained war. Any resemblence of co-operation for food and otherwise is bound to be sabatoged....
Ask yourself, who benefits from this.
Russia warned Ukraine for years to avoid joining NATO.
Do you remember we invaded sovereign country of Cuba because Cuba imported weapons from our cold war enemy USSR?
Russia has denied they did anything to Turkey that’s what the Turkish Defense Minister is saying.
“There is only one user of Kalibre missiles which are not mysterious.”
Who says they were Kalibre?
Zelensky’s right hand advisor is from Odessa - and he’s a warmonger top to bottom. He pushes hard for Nato war with Russia. He could very well be behind this. Of course it’s specualtion but his history shows clearly he wants war between Nato and Russia.
Believe Russia — based not only on the article but on prior false flag operations against Russia in the middle east and the Russia-Russia-Russia Democrat plot against Trump.
“Whatever happens, it’s on Putin and China.”
Ludicrous logic.
“who benefits from this”
Ukraine.
I am waiting on Newsweek to report who did it.
Then I know it was the other guy.
In before the most ignorant and simple minded person sucking globohomos rear ends, but obviously not the second most one.
Probably not a bad strategy 🤔
“There is only one user of Kalibre missiles which are not mysterious.”
The Kalibr is Russian (the NATO designation of that missile is Sizzler).
I suppose Russia could have sold some to some bad actors. But, as of now, the finger points to Russia or one of its proxies.
