Can they make solar panels from start to finish using nothing but solar power? I'll let them use fossil fuels for the mining part since battery operated mining equipment doesn't exist. Other than that, aluminum foundry and extrusion facilities must run off of solar. Panel manufacturing facility and distribution must run off of solar.

Betcha it can't be done.
