Recent shipments of U.S. and allied weapons, particularly the Himars multiple-launch rocket systems and 155mm howitzers, have helped to blunt Russia’s offensive in the Donbas and stabilize the situation there, Mr. Zelensky said. The Russians used to fire 12,000 artillery shells daily against 1,000 to 2,000 by Ukraine, he said. Now, he added, Ukraine can fire some 6,000 shells a day while Russia is beginning to feel a shortage of ammunition and troops.
This change in the balance of firepower has stemmed Ukrainian casualties, Mr. Zelensky said. At the peak of fighting in May and June, he said, Ukraine was losing between 100 and 200 troops a day; now, it is down to some 30 fatalities a day and around 250 wounded.

“Russians have reduced their artillery attacks on purpose”
Yep ammo dumps being blown up left and right have nothing to do with it...
Sounds like:
“Russia didnt retreat from Kiev, it was a feint!!”
Same, and zelensky wants to fight to the last Ukrainian. Pure evil.
the flags have it right.
I predict that if there is no negotiated settlement, the US will be Ukraine’s sole supporter by the end of the year. Woe to the US taxpayer.
Zelensky is constantly begging for heavy weapons and billions more dollars. That does not sound like “winning.”
Why is the USA transferring billions of dollars in American weapons to Ukraine when NATO contains 30 NATO member countries America HAS agreed to protect and none of them have been attacked?
Why doesn’t the government of POLAND send its military to attack the Russians? Poland is right next door.
If Russia is “on the ropes,” the Poles can make short work of the degraded Russians (unless Russia can still easily wipe them off the map). If Poland invades Ukraine to save it, the NATO agreement would not apply because Poland would be doing the attacking.
Ukraine cannot win this war. Russia could destroy the civilized world with its nuclear weapons and would do so before it was ever conquered. They have promised that.
Putin wants to fight to the last Ukrainian too....
Russia bought Crimea , like we bought Alaska, Louisiana....
Strange then that the Ukrainian government never received any money for it, the way the French and Russian governments did when we purchased Louisiana and Alaska from them. We also didn't have to send troops over to persuade the French and the Russians to part with their territories.
If a kid takes a candy bar without paying for it, he can claim he bought it until he is blue in the face. But unless he has a receipt to back this claim, the police are going to take a rather different view. You don't buy something without offering something in exchange.
Wow. You’re a lunatic. I mean, you’re Trump derangement syndrome times several billion but with Putin. Reading your comments, you seem like the type to go on a mass shooting if the UKKKrainians surrender.
Seek professional help. You need it.
Take it easy on Speedy. He’s a high school kid, having some fun. My guess is 10th grade.
If the Ukraine people oppose a cease fire, then keep on fighting. But spare us the propaganda pictures of civilian casualties. And quit begging for our money.
Pro-Ukrainian propaganda believer dipsh*ts come in all flavors and sizes.
‘Why Russia Is Not Running Out Of Ammo’
http://smoothiex12.blogspot.com/2022/07/why-russia-is-not-running-out-of-ammo.html

But I do know who is running out of actual ammo......
‘’We Are Out of Ammo’: Ukraine Awaits Aid as Russian Artillery Bears Down’

I seem to remember an article here yesterday stating from “military experts” that more military arms to Ukraine “might change the tide of the war.” Doesn’t sound promising.
“Every side is under pressure. The question is, who cracks first?”
The Ukraine will crack first because it is the smaller power.
Plus, the Russian Establishment “will bury every fourth boy”
to keep Ukraine in Moscow’s orbit.
In other words, the Russians have time, geography, and the power to maintain their position, while the Western Powers do not.
Just like Algeria, North Vietnam and the Taliban.
Ukes need F-15, F-16 and Abrams tanks.
And you talk about someone accepting truth?

Theft & Gay life in Russian military
Russian soldiers are forced into gay prostitution. According to an international gay guide Spartacus, you can either pick up a soldier in Moscow city center or visit a nearby military base and choose the one you like for 100-500 usd. That’s how officers & деды are hustling
Typical story. Conscript Ilya was forced into prostitution on his second month of service. He got a letter from his gf and didn’t give it to sergeant to read. Angry sergeant told Ilya won’t need girls anymore. That evening he was gang raped. Later, they would sell him to clients.
Everyone fears glorious Russian army. And yet, Russian organized crime considers it as prey. Thieves literally visit military bases with nuclear rockets, Syrian war veterans and racketeer them. Officers and men pay of course. Thief is higher than a soldier in dominance hierarchy.
Russia had rented military bases then invaded Crimea in2014
Ukrainian losses since the beginning of the special military operation, 260 aircraft, 144 helicopters, 1589 unmanned aerial vehicles, 357 anti-aircraft missile systems, 4141 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 762 multiple rocket launchers, 3176 field artillery and mortar guns, as well as 4453 units of special military vehicles have been destroyed....not included so far is 4 HIMARs and 1 HIMAR captured or bought by the Russians.
As such, given attrition rates, who exactly can out sustain the other? It ain’t the Ukrainians but they sure make a fine money laundromat for the world. Do blackholes make a sound?
“Strange then that the Ukrainian government never received any money for it”
