It’s called failure to appear. The cop them go looking for him/her. Why go to court when you can get a ride there?
Just look at the county sheriff booking logs. Pics included. No Robertos or Jose’s. Mostly Artemio’s and Estuardo’s.
Trump would run them out but it will take 3 years. We should listen to the cops on law enforcement. Same with nurses on health care.
