More knee-jerk laws to not enforce.

The left has asked what happens if the mother miscarries? Does the father get a refund? The answer is obviously ‘no’. Currently if a child were to die in an accident at age 4, for example, does the father get his child support to birthdate back> Child support is to support the child regardless of age, or even stage of development as this law would do.
This is good. Finally putting into law that it’s not the mother’s body and along with the father’s obligation to support the child, he should have a say in whether the mother can kill their child. Of course neither should be able to kill their child.

This might make the guys more likely to use a condom, or keep it zipped/abstain if they don’t want to be a father-and if this makes both parents equally responsible for their unborn baby’s well being, I think it is a good thing-I’m sure there are some fathers who don’t want their baby aborted/killed because the mom doesn’t want to be a mom-that father should have the right to decide, too. And maybe it would save a lot of taxpayer money if the babydaddies had to be responsible like real dads do-from the early days of pregnancy-keep mom from getting that EBT card on our dime...

It is going to flip America and feminism on it’s head when they come up with a simple and practical male birth control pill or salve, or patch or whatever.
Men will be in total and 100% control of sex (at least for a while).
We need to change the language. Use "fertilization" (biology) instead of "conception" (religion).
Use "preborn" instead of "unborn". It's impossible to be unborn but preborn is an accurate description.

According to this, the woman could freeze the father of the baby out of the baby’s life completely if she felt like it, or she could demand that he send her cash if she felt like it.
ZERO responsibility for her.
