The parents aren’t there, nor are they a lot older than children themselves.
When the ignoramus asks “Where are the parents” they are forgetting that the public schools are telling the juveniles to forget their parents, and are telling the parents to stay away from the schools or be arrested; so the kids whenever able fund guns and shoot up the schools who messed with their heads, gave them psychoactants for Multiphasic ADHD, then pushed them on the street instead of giving the truant officers more work. If the public schools couldn’t handle the mess, they were enrolled in religious academies where some form of disciplinarianism was still in effect. But that is fading also, when parents threaten the teachers or principals with violent retribution if the schools disciplined their kid. Quite clear.

The “parents” are merely sperm and egg donor/incubators. These people have child after child to get the government benefits, even though they cannot afford to have the children, and in most cases they are unwilling or unable to parent the children they produce.
It’s getting worse and worse now that the government gives these sperm/egg donors a monthly check for each child. They no longer have to wait until tax filing time to get their child tax “credit”. They get over $300 per child each month along with all the other benefits (housing/ebt, etc).
These “parents” couldn’t care less what happens to their offspring. They’ll blame any detrimental events that happen to or because of their children on yt people.
