There is only ONE EMERGENCY...tyrants across the globe, now in power, are in great danger of losing their power and being forcibly dragged out of their fantasy bubbles by angry mobs.
FDR and Nixon could get away with ruling by decree because (a) they won honest landslide victories and (b) they dealt with genuine emergency situations. Xiden stole the election, polls at or below 40%, and won’t fool anyone into thinking summer heat is an “emergency” warranting federal intrusion (unless he plans on suspending EPA restrictions on power plants so they can keep everyone’s a/c on, fat chance of him doing anything reasonable like that).
