Well bro, you have to go with what is written. I’ve looked closely at the powers and I see only one that looks dangerous, and two that look mildly dangerous.
I think any such declaration would end up being for show.

Washington Post: Biden to declare himself “President for Life” next week Well why not? Biden will just channel AlGore and say there's "no controlling legal authority" to prevent him from doing so.
Woo boy, won't that be fun when CW2 finally breaks out in earnest and the purge of the unarmed, anti-2nd Amendment morons finally begins?

“Who really believes these people anymore?”
The short-bus people still do. The same ones who believed that WuFlu was a serious thing, and that getting a shot of mystery serum was somehow a good idea.

Anyone see any GOP reps screaming at the top of their lungs in the chambers about all that has gone on since the biden coup?

“Take that Putin!!!! We’ll no longer need to use your dirty fuel and I, for one, will be glad to FINALLY be rid of using oil, natural gas, and coal!”
I hope Biden has a solution for the over 6,000 products that use petroleum in their manufacturing processes.

I fully agree that any court in the land would clobber it, but how long will they run this way before the court has a say?
It is like demanding people have their guns removed for red flag laws. The law is overturned but what has happened to the guns they took while they were running with it? Oh sorry, those guns were destroyed (or stolen) in a routine event, here is a check for what we think they were worth.

Sorry, your mistake is thinking that they give a sh*t about the Constitution. They don’t. Gun violence is a ‘health emergency’. Climate change is a ‘health emergency’...etc.
I don’t believe for a microsecond they have such authority...but they’re going to try and take it. Just like they won’t stop coming after your kids regarding sexualization. They have no boundaries, you can see them attacking the ‘illegitimate’ Constitution daily, as it is just a ‘stupid document’ that was founded by ‘racist slave owners’.

And it would get CLOBBERED by this SCOTUS. I don't even think Obama and Rice would even TRY. They'd probably rather wait until they get a better (for them) SCOTUS.

Why do the judges placed by President Trump not create instant injunctions to stay the enforcement while the specific matter is being decided in the courts?

Yeah, but as you have no doubt noticed we're not such a loveable lawful nation with a tenacious view of due process any more. What I'd expect is for any local, county or state despots to leap onto the bandwagon for anything Biteme pulls out of his ass, as backed and promoted by the bully pulpit enemedia. And it's off to the races again like with the covid communism. I've often thought the covid crap wasn't just a compliance test for sheeple citizens, as much as it was a collaboration exercise for all the totalitarian flying monkeys among us. That's where the real threats continue to originate time and again.

Sorry, your mistake is thinking that they give a sh*t about the Constitution. So far, the system has held, with certain exceptions (J6 tricks and shenanigans being one of them). But broad swaths of action have been limited by the courts, especially the SCOTUS. I suppose they (Obama and Rice) could whip out their MP5's and armored personnel carriers and just go ahead and do what they want, but I think that would alarm even the hardcore left.
And then it would be ON.
Deep State, you think Afganistan and Iraq were tough? Wait until all of America takes you on.

For sure they want an excuse, any excuse, for mass mail-in ballots in November. New pandemic, climate emergency, nuclear war...anything.
That is Rat Job One.

Until it can't, due to deterioration of civil discourse. That's the corner they're pushing us all into. Technically a breakup, "secession" has already occurred. There are currently two diametrically opposed systems of governance in function here, various jurisdictions that still observe and uphold the Constitution and the Rule of Law, and those that don't, which includes the Federal government. The two cannot coexist, there will come a serious clash, where one or more of the Constitutional jurisdictions/territories will go "F you, we're not doing this", then it's on like Donkey Kong. Avoidable, but they want what they want.
