As President, one and perhaps the first overseas Trump visit was to Riyadh where they literally rolled out the red carpet. Trump spoke before the leaders of the entire Arab world and explained that there must be change. It was a major event in world history
Trump developed what would be the Abrams accord where Israel joined an alliance with some Arab states and in effect disowned the Palestinian sore while creating a defense against Iran and opening trade relations
Recently that alliance was strengthened considerably by the Negev Summit in Israel and formal addition of Saudi Arabia. The Jeddah summit is a resultant of growth from the Negev summit.
The primary player not included is Turkey. Erdogan is presently out in the cold although the major players have all visited him to encourage his participation. As Turkey dies, the return to health will be after joining this group
There is now a very solid coalition of Arab states and Israel actively engaged in combined military planning against Iran. A bonus has come in the form of trade relations within the group including Israel.
