The Florida estate of the late conservative radio legend Rush Limbaugh roughly 2.7-acre Palm Beach estate, with a roughly 24,000-square-foot main house, is set to hit the market with an asking price of $150 million to $175 million.
Limbaugh, who died in February 2021, has multiple structures on Palm Beach's North Ocean Boulevard, in an area and a state that has seen many migrate during the pandemic.
The estate includes about 250 feet of oceanfront property that leads straight on to the beach.
The Presidential Medal of Freedom Winner's widow, Kathryn Adams Limbaugh, is in charge of selling the property.
The couple owns two homes that are connected to the main estate, which the radio host bought for about $3.9 million in 1998 and which has been part of the skyrocketing price for the entire area.
Real estate has exploded in the Palm Beach area since the beginning of the pandemic, with sales totaling tens and hundreds of millions of dollars for the likes of Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison.
The main house has seven bedrooms, a dozen bathrooms and a two-story library that can be fully accessed via an elevator.
The mansion also includes hundreds of feet of oceanfront property, as well as a pool and a putting green for golf.
Limbaugh, the radio icon and 'voice of American conservatism', died in February of 2021, aged 70,
He was diagnosed with Stage IV advanced lung cancer back in February 2020, hosted his last radio show on February 2 during which he revealed another host was on standby in case his health deteriorated.
'Well, my friends, that's it. Yet another excursion into broadcast excellence in the can. Enjoyed being with you today, always do. And look forward to the next time,' he said at the conclusion of the show.

What are you talking about.?????
He changed my whole political world view.
And hundreds if not thousands of others.................
She “quietly” sold the property? Was she supposed to let everyone in the world know she was selling? I’ve “quietly” sold many properties. Screw those people.
He was too smart and pragmatic. I was a late listener.
The man had a grasp of things, for sure.
If he had tried anything political they would have destroyed him.
Out of thin air they made up racism accusations so he couldn’t the Rams
??? His voice converted millions to constitutional conservatism.
Placation.
And who would allow him to do that? The Uniparty machine would shut him out in an instant. Never mind his health problems.
Let me know and I’ll take a squat with you.
I’m sure it was.
Sorry for your loss. Life is tough sometimes.
“Too bad Rush never used his voice and money to do anything substantial, politically speaking.”

Oh, you don’t have the eyes to see it?
Millions of young adults voting on the correct side of history because they heard over the years from Rush of the responsibility they will have as adults, even as he fondly ridiculed “the mush filled brains!”
Millions of untold lives to be changed not just because Roe VS Wade was returned to the states; because those who listened to Rush as they grew up learned how valuable life was from the womb on...even as parents were also telling them that life was so important!
And those who are in the young stages of life learning to read and being encouraged to follow in the foot of those who love this Country!
I’m of an age where I never in my wildest dreams could expect to have seen Roe VS Wade returned to the states!
It may take several more decades for us to see what Rush did in his career as for the ‘political’ aspect of this country.
He planted so many seeds all over this country.
Keep praying to our LORD God for this country, for leaders who truly love America and for the children who *will* follow in the path that Rush walked.
*****
When he passed the most prominent emotion I experienced was gratitude and joy knowing he passed as a Christian.
The second was gratefulness to the LORD God for the ‘Loan On Talent,’ which He allowed Rush to use for our country.
Okay...so BS.
He could have organized something, anything. Hell he could have been FLA governor for that matter....
Ditto all that!!
In response to number 3. I’m kind of hoping he DID forget the sarcasm tag.

Covering your butt here I see.....................
“Too bad Rush never used his voice and money to do anything substantial, politically speaking.”
He was far more effective in the role he played.
I’m with ya.
It would have been EVERY gun pointed toward him. False accusations. Sexual harassment claims out of thin air. Gloria Alred everywhere.
I think the worst aspect is, if you took the millions that listens to him, the supporters of his show, they weren’t/aren’t the ones in politics. The ones in politics are nothing but the snake oil salesman, sadly.
Not long after my Dad retired, his glaucoma got worse and he got Parkinsons. I still remember him in the early to late 90s listening to Rush on his small desktop radio while sitting at his desk, a bit hunched over because Parkinsons was robbing him of his muscles. I don’t think he missed a show. It was something he really looked forward to every day in retirement once he could no longer travel or golf.
Rush was a few months younger than me, so I figured we’d probably pass around the same time. I never figured him to be gone so young. Those “nicotine stained fingers” did him in.
“Don’t forget Pelosi. I definitely want to s*** on her grave.”
To use the old pilot radio reply: “Two is in.”
He’s gone and we miss him but lets be honest. He was foremost all about the $$$. I get it. I like money too. But come on, hell the guy is terminally ill and his show is still pumping ads in obscene commercial time outs? It would have been nice had he done his last year commercial free. Little things like that.
It’s hard to believe someone would teardown that beautiful home, especially at that price.
