Full article.. I don't want Biden to do what the article mentions, but I think the Democrats would be routed in the midterms if he does.

He will probably do it after the Midterms.

Ordinary Americans are favoring action that leads to Xi-Putin environmental puppets decorating trees and lamp-posts all over this great country.

When the wind blows, the dangling puppet show will make America great again.

They’ll never be satisfied until the economy crashed back to the stone age.

As bad as it may be in the short term this increases the chances our next President will be a Republican.

Why do we have a Congress if the president can just order something when his legislation fails?

I don’t think Biden can get everything he wants solely through executive action. Otherwise, he would have already done it.

They write this stuff omitting the other side of the argument entirely.

The linked article is all about executive orders and how to cancel them. The short of it is, mostly, they can’t be cancelled due to the partisan nature of politics. It takes a two thirds vote of the Senate and House. (Come on! What are the odds of that?) I can’t count the number of times when some RINO wouldn’t back something because he had a bee up his bum for something totally unrelated. (Like the hate-Trump-no matter-if-it-cuts-my-nose-off-Republicans.) Then, there’s the much rarer “principled” Democrat who really wants some face time as there’s no such thing as bad publicity for a Democrat. Honestly, I’m shocked they don’t barbeque kittens just for the publicity. (Gosh, I hope no one picks up on that.)

Exactly. Legislating by “executive order” has gotten out of hand.

Joe Biden as manipulated by extreme environmentalists who want him to take action on Climate Change thru executive orders. Only so much he can do and not risk have them get overturned by the Supreme Court.

“...ALLEGED climate change......” Henceforth, any discussion on this topic should include the correction to these assclowns of: “Certainly you mean ‘alleged’ climate change.” 😊🙌

Moreover, if any governor had any balls, they would build NEW refinerys within their state and refine oil for distribution and use in that state.
