-At least 20 dead, including three children, and 90 hurt after three Russian rockets struck city of Vinnytsya
-Office block was badly damaged in Thursday morning attack, which also torched vehicles in nearby car park
-Zelensky called strike 'terrorism', saying there are no military targets in city which is 450 mm the miles from the front
-It is the sixth Russian strike in a little over two weeks to hit a purely civilian target, with scores of people killed
At least 20 people - including three children - are dead and 90 wounded after Russian rockets hit another Ukrainian city in Putin's latest atrocity against civilians.
Three missiles slammed into a nine-storey office block in the Ukrainian city of Vinnytsya - 450 miles from the Donbas frontline - around 10.50am, partially destroying the building, damaging nearby residential structures, and demolishing a medical centre, emergency services said. Four more missiles were shot down in the area.
'Unfortunately, there is probably no chance of finding anyone who survived (under the rubble),' stated a senior regional emergency service official.
President Zelensky branded Russia 'a terrorist country' as he condemned the attack, which comes off the back of at least six similar strikes in a little over two weeks targeting purely civilian areas across the country.
'Every day, Russia destroys the civilian population, kills Ukrainian children, directs rockets at civilian objects where there is nothing military.
'What is this, if not an open act of terrorism? Inhumans. A killer country. A terrorist country.'
Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba accused Russia of committing 'another war crime'.
Ukraine says Putin's men are taking an 'operation pause' before pushing on with their offensive, but that has not stopped them raining down death from a distance.

Despite conspiracy theorists,
the WEST did NOT cause Russian invasion in 2014, nor in 2022.
Funny, my memory is that it was Russia that started the war with its invasion—pick either 2014 or 2022 as you like. And it is Russia that is continuing the war by continuing its attack.
Dr. fauxnocchio says “Hold my beer”. 🔬🦠😷😵💫💉 🚫
OH MY GOD!
That MONSTER Putin! WE MUST STOP HIM!
He is evil. Worse than Hitler, Mao, Stalin and Donald Trump (well, maybe not Trump.. there are limits!). Putin deserves to die, screaming in agony and with angry Ukranians shoving broomsticks up.. wait a minute, that was Khadaffi, the LAST guy who challenged the supremacy of western banking.... nevermind. Anyway, he deserves to DIE DIE DIE.
Ukraine is the noble victim here, peacefully minding their own business and obediently being a slush fund for western politicians, and respectfully submitting to demands they sponsor bioterror labs... just doing what slave states should do.. and then that FIEND PUTIN comes along and asserts they cannot do that, and maniacally and diabolically sends his murdering hordes in to Kill children, rape women, maim young girls, and DESTROY the glorious neonnazi battalions of Ukraine.
I mean to tell you it makes my blood boil! I want WAR! WAR! Do you hear? WAR WAR WAR WAR. Unleash Nato! Fire up the patriotic songs and the balloons and ... well bring in Wolfowitz, Cheney, Bush and that bunch. THEY will teach us how to protect the innocent and defend democracy! WE CAN DO IT AGAIN, AND WE MUST DO IT AGAIN. THE WORLD MUST BE MADE SAFE FOR DEMOCRACY!
Just look at the great job they did in Iraq and Afghanistan, Syria, Lebanon, and Somalia!
The world, after all is OUR responsibility, and our virtue can only be pushed so far until we MUST strike the head from this murdering beast.
Where’s my Lee Greenwood cd?
I tend to believe they are just naive and gullible people who believe what the press dishes out to them, without questioning their propaganda one iota.
“Its a war.”
Not according to Putin.
L

How revolting.
See post numbers 16 and 27 for US war crimes.
Ok concern troll. When it comes to a Slavic civil war 5000 miles away overseas it is not our circus, not our monkeys.
Again, see post numbers 16 and 27 for US war crimes.
See post numbers 16 and 27 for US war crimes.
Why should anyone entertain the “thoughts” of a pos who not only sided with Russian atrocities and against America, but managed to also be pro Hitler and pro Ho Chi Minh, all in one dusgraceful post.
Yet again, see post numbers 16 and 27 for US war crimes.
I disagree that the Russians are using WW II munitions. In fact, the Russians are using more precise munitions, overall, than the UFA. I think your overall points, though, are correct. The UFA HAS been embedding in civilian areas to use people as human shields. Even the UN has acknowledged that. Moreover, the Russians have been scrupulous about trying to avoid collateral damage. In this case, the story’s credibility seems questionable on its face. People should ask themselves whether it makes sense to spend a lot of money to deliberately target something of absolutely no strategic or tactical importance, especially bearing in mind Russia’s very small military budget (less than 10% of ours, not even counting the military budgets for NATO and Ukraine). The British tabloids have been over-the-top cheerleaders for this war and immensely unreliable.
