At least 20 people - including three children - are dead and 90 wounded after Russian rockets hit another Ukrainian city in Putin's latest atrocity against civilians.
Three missiles slammed into a nine-storey office block in the Ukrainian city of Vinnytsya - 450 miles from the Donbas frontline - around 10.50am, partially destroying the building, damaging nearby residential structures, and demolishing a medical centre, emergency services said. Four more missiles were shot down in the area.
'Unfortunately, there is probably no chance of finding anyone who survived (under the rubble),' stated a senior regional emergency service official.
President Zelensky branded Russia 'a terrorist country' as he condemned the attack, which comes off the back of at least six similar strikes in a little over two weeks targeting purely civilian areas across the country.
'Every day, Russia destroys the civilian population, kills Ukrainian children, directs rockets at civilian objects where there is nothing military.
'What is this, if not an open act of terrorism? Inhumans. A killer country. A terrorist country.'
Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba accused Russia of committing 'another war crime'.
Ukraine says Putin's men are taking an 'operation pause' before pushing on with their offensive, but that has not stopped them raining down death from a distance.

Article 25 of the Hague Convention of 1899 laid down that “The attack or bombardment of towns, villages, habitations or buildings which are not defended, is prohibited”.
FURTHER CLARIFIED:
The 1st Protocol of the Geneva Conventions signed in 1977 made it a war crime to launch ‘indiscriminate attacks’ which would affect civilians. This would include area bombing of a city, as opposed to targeting individual objectives within it. Reprisals or terror attacks against civilians were also made into war crimes in 1977.
PLEASE NOTE: The rules of war also included specific requirements such as not attacking hospitals, and if possible giving civilians warning to evacuate or take shelter before military operations began.

But, if you stand for truth their comments are inadequate. Orc propaganda ‘sleepers’ cannot respond, or are paid, to deflect from discussion of post topic. Orcs then will resort to respond with personal slander or demeaning attacks.

At this point I’m sure many of Ukraine’s military feel the DESIRE FOR REVENGE just as strongly as you have shared to retaliate & punish the evil inflicted on them.
Yet, Putin continues to force his troops to kill, rape, steal property from homes & stores, demolish towns, homes, farms. Putin has stolen both train & truck loads of Ukrainian citizens & grain. His military has fired incendiary bombs into fields creating fires to destroy crops & farm equipment.
And yet STILL, the invasion is only one way! Ukraine has not responded with a counter invasion.
A physical invasion would have cost millions of lives on both sides. Intelligent, moral men weighed the options and made the best decision they could with information available to them. There is no doubt that the atomic bombs killed fewer than an invasion would have.

I have repeatedly invited you to look through his posts in 2020/21 when he was relentlessly pushing Covid FUD, lockdowns and covod vaccines. For some reason, you refuse to do that.

Like all far left Dementia Joe supporters, he lies without effort, just like Dementia Joe does. Nothing new there.
Both Williams and SmokingJoe’s posting histories can be reviewed by anyone.
Going through 2021 and 2020 for both posters revealed the following:
- Williams was never pro-lockdown, and was often skeptical of COVID statistics. His opinion regarding the vaccines, at least early on, was relatively neutral by comparison.
- SmokingJoe debated and argued with a LOT of individuals who were pro-lockdown, so the charitable take is that he’s simply misremembering arguments he had with someone else. But, as far as I can tell, the few interactions he had with Williams didn’t involve COVID at all.
And, most ironically in my opinion:
- Many of the Freepers who are currently tearing each other to pieces over their variant opinions regarding Ukraine vs. Russia were largely in lockstep regarding their antipathy for COVID policies, support for Trump, disdain for Democrat governors, and suspicion about the election results.
