Putin's latest atrocity leaves at least 20 people including three children dead as Russian missiles hit office block in Ukrainian city

-At least 20 dead, including three children, and 90 hurt after three Russian rockets struck city of Vinnytsya

-Office block was badly damaged in Thursday morning attack, which also torched vehicles in nearby car park

-Zelensky called strike 'terrorism', saying there are no military targets in city which is 450 mm the miles from the front

-It is the sixth Russian strike in a little over two weeks to hit a purely civilian target, with scores of people killed

At least 20 people - including three children - are dead and 90 wounded after Russian rockets hit another Ukrainian city in Putin's latest atrocity against civilians.

Three missiles slammed into a nine-storey office block in the Ukrainian city of Vinnytsya - 450 miles from the Donbas frontline - around 10.50am, partially destroying the building, damaging nearby residential structures, and demolishing a medical centre, emergency services said. Four more missiles were shot down in the area.

'Unfortunately, there is probably no chance of finding anyone who survived (under the rubble),' stated a senior regional emergency service official.

President Zelensky branded Russia 'a terrorist country' as he condemned the attack, which comes off the back of at least six similar strikes in a little over two weeks targeting purely civilian areas across the country.

'Every day, Russia destroys the civilian population, kills Ukrainian children, directs rockets at civilian objects where there is nothing military.

'What is this, if not an open act of terrorism? Inhumans. A killer country. A terrorist country.'

Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba accused Russia of committing 'another war crime'.

Ukraine says Putin's men are taking an 'operation pause' before pushing on with their offensive, but that has not stopped them raining down death from a distance.

Yes, the atrocities of Vietnam (and others) were wrong too. Nothing compares to the scale of Russia's or Germany's atrocities, however. NOTHING.

Have you even ever heard of Pol Pot? And there is quite a lot more "war crimes" from history to list if you want it.

If you look at the comment history you find that the same despotic nutjobs that promoted COVID totalitarianism are the same scum that are pushing for war with Russia. They are nothing but statists apparatchiks.

REPEATEDLY!”

If he did, then just link to his posts and you’ll be proven correct.

Or don’t, and you’ll confirm that you are lying.

OTOH with today’s precision weapons hitting civilian areas actually indicates explicit targeting of civilians.

War crime.

First, we don’t know that there were no military in the targeted buildings.
Second, so called civilians produce the resources to sustain an army. They can be fair game so stuff your bleating, libtard war crime cries.

But feel free to look though all his posts from 2021.

“How WW II started”

This is a GREAT article & maybe helpful:

World War II: How Western Leaders Failed To Stop the Nazi Rise
https://www.forbes.com/sites/davidcarlin/2019/09/04/world-war-ii-how-western-leaders-failed-to-stop-the-nazi-rise/?sh=7439283724e7

“WINSTON CHURCHILL BELIEVED World War II should have been called “THE UNNECESSARY WAR.”
As he explained it, “there never was a war more easy to stop than that [World War II].” Instead, the world suffered the bloodiest conflict in human history. During the 1930s, the West had numerous chances to take decisive action against Hitler. THEY DID NOT. POOR WESTERN LEADERSHIP ALLOWED the Nazi menace to grow to monstrous proportions. This catastrophic failure in leadership offers important lessons for decision-makers today....[PUTIN-KREMLIN MENACE?????]

When Hitler took power in 1933, many foreign diplomats were already familiar with his violent nationalist ideology. Hitler had often announced his intention to remilitarize Germany. In his first year, he withdrew from the League of Nations and the World Disarmament Conference.Western leaders repeatedly squandered chances to stop Hitler before 1940. First, their governments refused to take decisive action against the Nazis. Then, they remained divided in the face of a growing threat. Finally, they undermined their own opposition to Hitler through irresolution and half-measures. These mistakes proved disastrous. Nothing excuses the evil actions of Nazi Germany, but strong Western leadership might have contained Nazi evil before it exacted such a terrible toll.”

“When it comes to a Slavic civil war 5000 miles away overseas it is not our circus, not our monkeys.”

Is this from the foreign policy of appeasement from Neville Chamberlain?

Germans would probably not have voted for Hitler into power without the massive crippling “reparations” imposed on Germany after WW I, which was destroying Germany.

Chamberlain was much closer to Germany than 5,000 miles, and much more vulnerable to attack, and he still did not want a war with Germany.

Yep. The main thing Germany and France always seem to overlook is, Minsk 1 snd 2 gave Russia the very same thing that kicked off Euromaidan in the first place so the idea it would’ve been anything other than a fast track to a bigger conflict is idiotic.

Summer 2013: Yanukovych and Azarov convinced their party to squash the EU Free Trade Association agreement. Both got massive Kremlin kickbacks.

December 2023: Yanukovych signed a deal with Putin that effectively handed Putin the ability to call in Ukraine’s debts within 12 months and then put Kremlin economic management into the Kyiv administration. Economic annexation by the back door.

Of course Putin was incensed by Yanokovych being sacked by a majority vote across ALL parties in the Rada after senior figures his own party resigned, triggering a collapse of his administration. The plan had been for Yanukovych, backed by separatists and Kremlin stooges, to engineer a default that’d trigger the Russian takeover.

Minsk 1 did the same thing but with foreign policy. Of course Ukraine didn’t implement it. No sane government would’ve. It was a shit deal cooked up by the EU’s biggest pro Russian surrender monkeys.

This city is so far away from the front lines and isn’t even in a contested Oblast. The nearby city of Khmelnytsky is one that is practically untouched by the war. Ukraine doesn’t even enforce conscription from there to the front. So even if Russia did think there might be a military command structure somewhere in that part of Ukraine, it’s highly unlikely they’d have had the precise location of a valuable military target.

The “human shields” logic cannot reasonably apply to EVERY town or city with any military presence in it AT ALL. If it did then every town and city with an office in it somewhere becomes a legitimate target even if it has no connection to the war at all.

Litmus test. Say America and Mexico go toe to toe and fighting concentrates along the border. If some ally of the beanos drops a fat one on a town in the far north of the USA in a state that’s staying out of the conflict, is that “fair do’s, whaddya expect in wartime?”

Alternatively, if Russia wants to play that game, now its military are saying Kherson is as Russian as St Petersburg, Ukraine attacking Russian forces in Kherson or along the Russian border is fundamentally no different to Ukraine attacking some pissant town in the Urals. And the logic flows in the other direction.

Russkie logic 101. Ukraine invaded Russia the minute the White Flag went up in Kherson. The USA is supporting that invasion. Ergo, the USA faces only legitimate retaliation. Nukes are legitimate. Ergo, if Russia nukes Alabama tomorrow America has got no real argument that they were attacked in a disproportionate way.

If you argue with that, they’ll say “but it’s exactly like what you anti-globohomo Freepers said...”

“same despotic nutjobs that promoted COVID totalitarianism are the same scum that are pushing for war with Russia. They are nothing but statists apparatchiks”

TOTALLY WRONG ON BOTH OF YOUR POINTS!

POINT 1- Speaking for myself, & I will for Williams; Jim Noble; UMCRevMom@aol.com; PIF unless they correct me, I WAS & AM TOTALLY AGAINST COVID totalitarianism! LOL

POINT 2- THE LITERAL RUSSIAN DEFINITION [How funny since we stand against Putin & the Kremlin! LOL
“An apparatchik was a full-time, professional functionary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union or the Soviet government. Your use of the term seems revealing though??

"An apparatchik was a full-time, professional functionary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union or the Soviet government."

I know exactly what the meaning of "apparatchik" is sweetie. That is why I used the word to describe the paid pro-war trolls of the leftist Biden regime, it describes them perfectly.

“Chamberlain was much closer to Germany than 5,000 miles, and much more vulnerable to attack, and he still did not want a war with Germany.”

TRUE. But as Winston Churchill believed, World War II should have been called “the Unnecessary War.” As he stated, “there never was a war more easy to stop than that [World War II].”

The West had numerous chances to take decisive action against Hitler.

However, you fail to understand:
THEN, NO ONE WANTED WAR EXCEPT HITLER!!!
TODAY, NO ONE WANTED WAR EXCEPT PUTIN.. which includes his own Russian people!!!

At least the world has come together to condemn this INVASION by Putin. Putin with his little man syndrome is tyrannically uses weapons of gas, food, fertilizer, & lets not forget PROPAGANDA AGAINST THE WORLD AND HIS OWN PEOPLE!

I don’t bother to argue. Just present the facts so they may become enlightened without losing face. Then, if they get silly... just ‘ghost them.’ Everyone know who they are & will understand why they are ignored.

THE FIRST RUSSIAN INVASION WAS IN 2014. PUTIN SENT HIS ‘UN-MARKED’ little green men to take Crimea. Then, the Russians [home-grown & imported] in Donbas became emboldened to cause havoc!
