It’s probably been hell for the January 6 defendants who have been in jail for months awaiting trial for parading in a capitol building. As far as we know, Ray Epps, who was caught on video literally inciting people to storm the Capitol, hasn’t spent any time in prison. Heck, even January 6 committee member Adam Kinzinger talked with “Ray” (they’re on a first-name basis now) and concluded that he was “just another misled man.” He was let off because authorities say he didn’t do anything wrong. There was a lot of suspicion that Epps was working on behalf of the FBI, but the New York Times says that’s a baseless accusation. Epps has suffered enormously over the past 10 months because of it.

Obscure right-wing media outlets, like Revolver News, used selectively edited videos and unfounded leaps of logic to paint him as a secret federal asset in charge of a “breach team” responsible for setting off the riot at the Capitol.

The Times is running a sob story about Epps, who, once again, is on video inciting the riot. Grandmothers have gone to jail just for being in the building, but you don’t see the Times doing any stories about them, because they’re insurrectionists.

Revolver.news was listed by Adam Goldberg as an “obscure right-wing site” revealing the truth (not what Goldberg opines) about Ray Epps. I haven’t read your article link yet, but I will today. The worst I’ve read about Epps was that he was hollering directions to Capitol police to shoot Ashley Babbitt. I pray that Congress holds hearings about Ray Epps, and subsequently the shooting of Ashli Babbitt.
How do we fix this? Vote in the midterm elections, then sit back and enjoy.

Please do read the article, and more importantly play all of the embedded video clips. Then you will see how big of a role Ray Epps played in getting people to breach the Capitol barriers, and to encourage them to enter the Capitol.
Ray Epps never mentioned Ashley Babbitt, so I have no idea where you got that notion.

Ray Epps shouted at the Deplorables to storm the building. The crowd that Ashli Babbitt was part of were basically doing what Ray Epps was urging everyone to do. Epps didn’t single out Ashli, but he was instrumental in the building being entered by the crowd, which led to the chaos and shooting of Ashli Babbitt.
