A face-tatted Florida man has been arrested for fatally shooting his roommate with a pellet gun in May because he was “annoying” him, officials said.
Jesse Hill, 42, had locked the victim, Ernie Wilburn, 44, out of their shared house and he began yelling to be let in, according to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.
Hill, who was inside the home with his girlfriend, grabbed a pellet gun and let off a round through a window toward Wilburn, striking him in the chest, Fox 35 reported.

When I was a kid in the 60’s there were these TV commercials by Time-Life books about a series for the old west. The narrator described an example from one of the books “and he shot a man just for snoring”. I thought then what savage times they were. Pretty tame comparing today😔.

My 22 cal nitro shoots a pellet through 7/16” wafer like there’s no tomorrow. It ain’t no toy Roy. A little quieter than a 22 LR but not much. Rib shots in the right spot is doable. All in all, a piss poor warning shot.
I’m going to guess that this fellow has spent some time in prison previous to this episode.
Well, let’s accentuate the positives, shall we? Getting his face tattooed is no longer the worst life decision he has made.
Must have been one of those CO2 pellet guns and not one of those pump it up 10 times daisy guns.

He should be sentenced to have “I Rape and Kill 2-Year Old Girls” tattooed on his face and lower back...then sentenced to 10 years no parole. He’ll be off the taxpayer’s tab in no time.
A lot of those old west tales are pure BS. Society is far more violent today than in the old west. Even back then violence was worse in the big cities than out west.
An armed society is a polite society.

22 cal pellet guns are a lot more powerful than most people think.
A modern 22 cal ‘barrel breaker’ pellet rifle will shoot right through both sides of a big raccoon’s chest and keep going.
