I think it goes beyond ideology. The entire system is corrupt. Both parties are in on it.
There’s no easy way to fix that.
An overbearing government is at the root of many of our problems. I don’t see anyone trying to fix that.
Both parties keep expanding it. Relentlessly.
The bigger government gets, the smaller the citizen becomes.
