In that opinion, Thomas specifically called out CDC decisions regarding pandemics, lockdowns and vaccines.
...among other agencies that could be impacted.
The bureaucracies no longer have the right to “legislate” from a public emergency”.
Bureaucracies are part of the Executive branch.
For the States, what MUST be done is legal intervention regarding Executive Branch [fiat] rules and laws in a declared public emergency.
The COVID “pandemic” was used to run cover for the mail-in ballot changes and the drop-box changes.
This legal intervention must be brought by the State legislature who’s PLENARY authority to establish, regulate and hold election within their borders is HARMED (standing).
It will take steel backbones so vote carefully and make sure your current law-makers understand their role of protecting their authority and your electoral security.

Yea, I’d say it’s a 50/50 split. Some are very concerned about mid-terms, but others are putting a lot of trust that the 1/06 hearings will lead to a blue wave.
I lean to mid-terms being inconsequential at worst, or a slight red gain. Hopefully enough of a red gain to lock Biden into a complete lame duck.
If RINOs win, then nothing changes.
