They are good at setting up those straw-men (or straw-women). An ectopic pregnancy is not actually a pregnancy. It is when the fetus starts developing outside the womb and is not a viable fetus since it is not possible for it develop. The left knows (or should know) that but they depend on the media to promote their feigned ignorance and create the outrage they demand.

Frankly, I do favor an exception for the mother’s life, ad I hope that those who oppose a mothers life exception get a global view of things. 13% trying to force their will on 87% is just like what the Dems are doing on other issues

The cynic in me says it’s a perversion of the general welfare clause.
One hundred years ago it took a Constitutional Amendment to give Congress the power to outlaw alcohol. Think of all the things they’ve outlawed since without having to go through the hassle of amending the Constitution.
