President Biden is facing an alarming level of doubt from inside his own party, with 64 percent of Democratic voters saying they would prefer a new standard-bearer in the 2024 presidential campaign, according to a New York Times/Siena College poll, as voters nationwide have soured on his leadership, giving him a meager 33 percent job-approval rating.

John Waldron, a 69-year-old registered Republican and retired machinist in Schenectady, N.Y., voted for Mr. Biden in 2020. Today, he said, he regrets it and plans to vote Republican in 2024. “I thought he was going to do something for this country, but now he’s doing nothing,” Mr. Waldron said.
Like others, he expressed worries about Mr. Biden’s age and verbal flubs. On Friday, a clip of Mr. Biden at an event announcing an executive order on abortion went viral when he stumbled into saying “terminate the presidency” instead of “pregnancy,” for instance.
“You ever see him on TV?” Mr. Waldron said, comparing the president to zombies. “That’s what he looks like.”

“Anybody could be doing a better job than what they’re doing right now,” said Clifton Heard, a 44-year-old maintenance specialist in Foley, Ala.
An independent, he said he voted for Mr. Biden in 2020 but is disillusioned over the state of the economy and the spiraling price of gas, and is now reconsidering Mr. Trump.
“I understand that they’ve got a tough job,” he said of Mr. Biden’s administration. “He wasn’t prepared to do the job.”

Only 13 percent of American voters said the nation was on the right track — the lowest point in Times polling since the depths of the financial crisis more than a decade ago.
In a sign of deep vulnerability and of unease among what is supposed to be his political base, only 26 percent of Democratic voters said the party should renominate him in 2024.

Well, these Democrats chose him in 2020, over Bernie Sanders, Pete Buttgig, and a host of others so he was their guy.
The big problem is they think it’s Biden not their policies.

Replace Biden with any other leftist clown and the results will be the same.
The Democrats need cover for the 2022 and 2024 elections so Biden is going to be the scapegoat. They will blame Biden for all their failures then drive him off into the wilderness. Then they will tell us that the current situation is not their fault.

The results would be the same, but some Leftist clowns have the talent and the image needed to make them feel better about it. They want spin that they can believe in.
Sometime in 2023 Biden will announce he is not going to run in 2024. If he announces in 2022 before the mid-terms, it would be admitting he isn’t competent to President. It would mean that he and the Dems had lied to the American people and a disaster in the mid-terms would be guaranteed (the coming red wave would be a red flood of biblical proportions).
Democratic voters are meaningless it’s the party that call all the shots it’s why he’s in office.
Doesn’t matter who they get in there, there are no leaders in the demonrat party only followers of woke. Ideologues. They can’t fix anything.
Anyone “most Democrats” would want is going to be hostile to this country.
The rank stupidity of some people is breathtaking and astonishing. Why would you vote against the best economy in two or three generations, the US becoming energy independent and a net exporter, a vastly improved military, the first serious efforts to control the southern border, low inflation, and a muscular USA around the world?
Unfortunately, Waldron is very wrong about Biden doing nothing. Biden is obeying his masters and is energetically destroying the USA.
Did Waldron REALLY think Biden & Co were going to do something good for the USA? Biden told us many times how he was going to undermine traditional America. What was Waldron hearing? I suspect all he heard was Biden saying "I'm not Trump" and nothing more.
I'm surprised Waldron survived to age 69. People that stupid often don't live long.
