It's been more than a year since the 2020 presidential election. With a partnership between voter integrity organizations and Republican state legislatures, we have more proof than ever that while there may not have been widespread election "fraud" —according to the technical definition of the term — there were, in fact, widespread violations of election law.
This week, the Wisconsin Supreme Court proved just that. In a 4-3 ruling, the majority opinion explained how the state's use of unmanned ballot drop boxes during the 2020 elections was a violation of election law.
"Ballot drop boxes are illegal under Wisconsin statutes. An absentee ballot must be returned by mail or the voter must personally deliver it to the municipal clerk at the clerk's office or a designated alternate site," the opinion states. "The Wisconsin voters allege they have suffered an injury in fact to their right to vote. As the Wisconsin voters argue, 'voters are entitled to have the elections in which they participate administered properly under the law.'...We agree."
"If the right to vote is to have any meaning at all, elections must be conducted according to law. Throughout history, tyrants have claimed electoral victory via elections conducted in violation of governing law," the opinion continues. "The right to vote presupposes the rule of law governs elections. If elections are conducted outside of the law, the people have not conferred their consent on the government. Such elections are unlawful and their results are illegitimate."
In January, a court in Pennsylvania found similar violations of election law in the Commonwealth, casting doubt on the legitimacy of votes cast by mail.
"A court declared Friday that Pennsylvania's expansive 2-year-old mail-in voting law violates the state constitution," the Associated Press reported at the time. "Just over 2.5 million people voted under the law's...

WI supreme court still sucks however.
They made it impossible to challenge the election by logic that created a catch-22 situation.
Drop boxes are not legal, which makes the 2020 results not valid.
Dear Katie,
Trump proved what many of us knew when you were on the cover of National Review “Against Trump”.
Wisconsin had ZERO surveillance on those drop boxes, allowing them to be stuffed with fake votes.
The SCOTUS owes it to every USA citizen to adjudicate this issue and do THEIR DUTY!
Illegal on the front end, illegal on the back end.
100% THIS!!!!!!
Yeah, thought so.
Three WI justices need to be impeached.
2020. The year America went blind. The election was stolen and a lot of us were too stupid and blind to see it. It took me a year to see the truth.
I knew on election night when all those states stopped counting.
No one has been arrested.
No votes were disallowed.
No candidates have been forced to resign from the office they "illegitimately" won.
Is it really a crime if there are no consequences?
and changes nothing regarding that election
No. Scotus duty is to interpret the Constitution and the constitutionality of laws. The constitution is very clear that elections are the responsibility of the states. Try educating yourself.
The SCOTUS owes it to every USA citizen to adjudicate this issue and do THEIR DUTY!And Fox News, including everyone working there, by everyone I mean EVERY ONE, owes their fans and viewers for their betrayal and worse, allowing Biden to steal the election.
Their problem is they're smug never-Trumpers, They're Australians, not American's, they couldn't care less about Biden as President.
It has 0 affect on their lives.
If it takes a Dominion lawsuit to take them down, I'm all for it.
Fox, the Murdochs and their wives can all rot in hell for what they've done to this country.
And look at America now......PATHETIC JOKE of the WORLD!
