Executive order??? The Federal GOOBERMINT has NO business in the abortion debate. When our representative violate the interpreted meaning of the Constitution, do we have any obligation to support them... or even allow them to continue breathing?

This is the exact problem SCOTUS ruled against the EPA. Only congress can make laws. These institutions can not make rules and laws and then enforce them
