The Department of Justice is investigating Texas' $3 billion border security mission known as Operation Lone Star for potential civil rights violations, according to state records.

The Federal Coordination and Compliance Section of the DOJ's Civil Rights Division sent a letter to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) on May 16, saying that they've been made aware of potentially unlawful activity related to the border security mission.

"The Department is seeking this information after receiving information indicating that DPS may be discriminating on the basis of race and/or national origin in its activities related to Operation Lone Star by targeting certain individuals for arrests for misdemeanor trespass violations and traffic stops based on their perceived or actual race or national origin," Christine Stoneman, the chief of the Federal Coordination and Compliance Section, wrote in the May letter to top DPS officials.

Texas DPS told Fox News Digital on Wednesday that they are cooperating with the request.

DOJ: "Unlawful activity?" How about investigating DHS? And dismantling the DOJ's so-called "Civil Rights Division"

I hear that abandoned mine shafts and cisterns work well in these "nosy investigator" instances.

Have the electronics "drive on" to another destination.

Maybe they can get to the bottom of who should be enforcing the border.

At this point in time it has become quite obvious that governments around the world, including our very own FedGov simply do not care that their rank partisanship and unequal application of the law are so out in the open.

In Canada Trudeau wants the power to censor private conversations, farmers are rebelling in Holland, Poland and Italy as their governments say some of them will simply lose their land and here we have a nakedly political justice system.

There does not seem to be a fix to this without physical separation of the two sides. That is become two separate states. However, given the control freak nature of the globalist side a separation might not be peaceful.

How about the civil rights of Americans? Both Texans and Arizonans should sue the DOJ for failing to protect OUR civil rights.

When you encounter a Bully, the first step is to Punch them in the Nose.

Declare the Federal Government a Criminal Enterprise, Alien Smuggling and Drug Smuggling, then ARREST the shysters and SIEZE their Assets as Profits from a Criminal Enterprise under current Civil Asset Forfeiture rules.

In other words FIGHT BACK and give them a Taste of their own medicine.

I dont get it.
What stake does the biden administration have in admitting literally millions of illegal aliens across the border? Is it really so simple as outlawing ID Checking at Polls, admitting millions of illegal aliens and then distribute them to vulnerable districts?

The lunatic “Jan 6 Committee” wants Merrick Garland to indict Trump, but he might pull a Comey by saying that Trump did something but “No reasonable prosecutor would bring this case.”

Illegal aliens should only have the right to immediate deportation without their property sw e what they can carry.

And as far as I’m concerned we can send away a Left wing lawyer into permanent exile with each alien deported.

Allowing the Just-Us Collection of clowns, crooks, and perverts into your state is akin to watching your toilet back up after you’ve taken a bodacious Obama into it.
