LONDON (Reuters) -Russian officials lined up to celebrate the downfall of Boris Johnson on Thursday, with a leading tycoon casting the British leader as a "stupid clown" who had finally got his just reward for arming Ukraine against Russia.
Johnson was expected to announce his resignation after he was abandoned by ministers and his Conservative Party's lawmakers who said he was no longer fit to govern. The Kremlin said it too was no fan of the British leader, whose parents named him Boris after a White Russian emigre.
"He doesn't like us, we don't like him either," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

Ukraine policy had zilch to do with Johnson’s leadership woes.
He looks like a younger Joe Biden!
The first WEF stooge to fall.
The British economy is hanging by a thread, and his pumping $$$ into Zelenskyyy’s pockets didn’t help
From your lips to God's ears.
Yep.
Its amazing to think that this oaf wants to linger in office until October...like a rancid odor.
100%
Everyone agrees: Boris is a schmuck.
Cool hairdo though.
When food and energy inflation is roaring in your nation, people would like to hear you talk about providing solutions for their problems instead of constantly harping about a conflict happening in another country.
Accurate assessment. He is a clown.
I eagerly await the fall of Putin. It can’t come any sooner.
The only concern I have is his replacement might be worse.

I want Biden to fall.
Ok, let’s hope they both fall.
But be careful what we wish for... Putin’s replacement could be worse, as for Biden’s replacement? God help us... Kamala is worse!
Except Boris was not brought down directly by that.
He was brought down by a series of personal and leadership failures that prompted a revolt of Conservative MPs.

I don’t recall saying it was exclusively tied to that either (because his hypocrisy during the COVID lockdowns was, I would think, a huge part).
But it also doesn’t help to keep bringing up Ukraine when the UK has its own issues.
