These centers are there to HELP and they have such hatred for them.

It is even worse than that: these people are profoundly anti-life.
Think about it: many of these people are anti-God; they hate Him and anything that reminds them of Him is to be destroyed and since man is created in His image they want to destroy that image hence their hatred of human life.
