That is why in certain offices that are about R+6 it’s better to let the DEM win & come back 2 years later with our own candidate

There’s a few Rinos here that won’t be getting my vote on Nov. If they win their primary.

No. I’m never, ever a believer in “losing to win.” Aside from Fabius, name one general in history who was even near parity with the enemy who deliberately retreated long term to win. I’m not talking about a feint on the battlefield to draw in an enemy.

It just doesn’t happen because it’s too dangerous and too many votes take place (as we saw yesterday-—would be kinda nice to have had Perdue in the Senate still).

Remember Jim Leach? Maybe the 2nd most liberal Republican to serve in the House in recent decades. To my surprise, he (despite endorsing Obama) was still a registered Republican until this year. He’s endorsed the rat running against Grassley and the rat running for IA-1.
