I don't know about YOUR state, but mine has produced this:

Indiana Constitution of 1851 - Preamble

TO THE END, that justice be established, public order maintained, and liberty perpetuated; WE, THE PEOPLE of the STATE OF INDIANA, grateful to ALMIGHTY GOD for the free exercise of the right to choose our own form of government, do ordain this CONSTITUTION.

And Deep State now controls the SCOTUS.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>...
Not quite, as decisions at the conclusion of this Term make clear!

“Sadly, no Supreme Court Justice has ever been removed”

Abe Fortas resigned in the midst of a scandal that certainly would have prompted his impeachment had he chosen not to.

Has any of the Bushes weighed in on the Supreme Court’s ruling?

Great question. I don’t think so. Which is telling.

Roberts attended Harvard Business School. Most of the Supreme Court justices come from Harvard or Yale laws schools which teach the living Constitution, not original intent. All Supreme Court justices attended elite universities. Hagan, one of the most liberal justices, never served as a judge before being appointed to the court but did serve as dean of Harvard Law School.

As long as Harvard and Yale law schools are the almost exclusive preparatory schools for the federal courts and Supreme Court, the courts will continue to amend the Constitution through intellectual interpretation or complete fabrication.

The next GOP President should be challenged to look beyond the federal courts and elite law schools, for judicial appointments. There must be conservative jurist, educated in a state university who have a conservative view of the Constitution. Break the stranglehold of elite laws schools on the judicial system.

“Yet Roberts, who was nominated by a conservative president,”

Bush is not a conservative.

You nailed it. The blackmail is about his illegal adoption of two Irish children.

I susperct that Chief Justice John Roberts is a closet pedo, and was likely a frequent flyer on Epstein’s “Lolita Express.” Nothing else explains his behavior. I’ll wager that 90 percent of Washington D.C.s elite are either child molesting reprobates, or sicko sodomites.

I was astonished to find that in the Court’s majority opinion, Dred Scott went unmentioned.

As I haver always stated, the majority of politicos and D.C. elies are either sodomites or child molesters, or both.

There is nothing - and I mean absolutely NOTHING - more diabolically disoreded and evil than sodomy. Willful murder does not approach the level of evil that is sodomy. According to Saint Catherine of Sienna: even the demons are repulsed by such acts; for reason that, while being fallen creatures cast into Hell, yet the demons are still angelic beings, and thus repulsed by so perverse an act.

It takes no position on the morality of abortion.

It does not ban it.

It merely recognizes at long last that the purported right to abortion is nowhere to be found in the U.S. Constitution.

It corrects the error of the Roe court and embraces federalism by returning the authority to regulate abortion to the states where it belongs.

Regarding the misguided Supreme Court, please consider the following.

Trump's red tsunami of patriot supporters are reminded that we need to weaken the job security that the very corrupt, alleged election-stealing Democratic and RINO-controlled Congress has been giving to activist Supreme Court justices by electing a new, Trump-endorsed Congress in November that is willing to impeach and remove a few liberal justices.

Samuel Chase

Insights welcome.

Personal politics and public opinion should have exactly ZERO part in any justice’s decision. Every decision should be based on the facts of the case and the law as expressed in the Constitution.

If you disagree with the Constitution, move to have it amended.
