Great story.
Not as good as yours but according to an article, once there was a library book sale and a man came up to “a librarian” at the sales table and showed her a book. “I don’t want to cheat anyone and I want you to raise more money here. This book, I am certain, is a genuine Ernest Hemingway first edition you were about to sell for 50 cents.”
“Who is Ernest Hemingway?” was her bored reply.

Actually, to be more apropos to their future, the Dems should have posted the proper spelling of "Louisiana" on their backdrop curtain, i.e......"Lusitania", the British ocean liner sunk by a German U-Boat during the First World War.
