Rep. Liz Cheney publicly nudged the Justice Department on Sunday to move against Donald Trump, warning that not holding the former president accountable for January 6 is a 'graver Constitutional threat' to American democracy than letting him off the hook.
Cheney - one of two Republicans on the Democrat-led Capitol riot committee - also shared a warning for her own party, which has largely ostracized her for her role on the panel.
'I think that that he can't be the party nominee' in the 2024 presidential race, the Wyoming lawmaker told ABC News of Trump. 'I don't think the party would survive that.'

The Swamp Thing speaks. After two impeachments for nothing and falsely imprisoning the J6 “conspirators” there really isn’t much of a barrier left between the political establishment in DC and simple imprisonment of its perceived enemies. Fake charges, no evidence, and a sympathetic judge in a company town that is mostly Democrat anyway allowing a grossly biased jury to convict on nothing, a maximum sentence with no appeal allowed, and the job is done. How the country will react is not important but the security fences in DC were a dress rehearsal just in case. This used to be the stuff of conspiracy theory but it really is Liz’s world and its inhabitants want it to be ours.

If there is cross examination and full discovery we are talking about video inside and outside Jan 5th and 6th. Along with election fraud evidence And maybe pelosi and others on the stand.
