This is nothing new. The leftist have been attempting to ban the forth for years. It’s just now becoming more obvious.

Yeah, that message will certainly resonate with Middle Americans, as does burning the flag and chanting, “God damn America.”

Democh Kratz feel the US is on Stolenland with no right to exist.
They are working towards that goal.

Ask a liberal leftist progressive or Democrat if they feel the US is on stolen land.

Democrats feel the US is on Stolenland with no right to exist.
They are working towards that goal.

Ask a liberal leftist progressive or Democrat if they feel the US is on stolen land.

They will never answer that question.

Here are the two letter I routinely send out to papers and commentators about the fourth.

July 4 and the American Dream

On July 4 we recognize the Declaration of Independence defining the American Dream as inalienable natural liberties including life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. They represent intangible property sourced in opinion, religion, communications, use of abilities to labor physically and mentally, and in conscience. Only by application of these inherent rights can one truly possess material things. The Constitution established a government embodying these treasured rights by promoting the general welfare and securing the blessings of liberty.

Whatever the Constitution defined was never an American Dream providing government largess to ensure college funds, retirement accounts, savings, affordable health care, home ownership, lifetime employment, corporate wealth, political careers, and union benefits.

However, politicians become patricians offer enchanting elements of material security such as described above, while obscuring subservience to administrative laws and regulations vastly increasing their power. Their legislation and rules negate our Bill of Rights confiscating intangible human freedoms for these apparitions.

Such devices are the soft underbelly of our Constitution. Under English Common Law, basic to our Constitution, a person is innocent and not subject to the penalties of law until proved guilty. Administrative laws and regulations, like Roman Civil Law, subject people to government penalties and restrictions until they find legal means to extricate themselves.

People now routinely make unconscious Faustian like bargains to exchange their human essence for illusions of material comfort. True freedom requires uncompromising adherence to the concept of property defined as inherent, intangible natural rights.

Independence Day for All

The philosophical doctrines supporting the Declaration of Independence we celebrate on July 4 placed master and slave on the same natural plain of existence in 1776. All became defined as sovereign individuals finding their identity in exercising pre-existing intangible liberties accompanied by the hazards and uncertainties of personal freedoms. Their ethnicity, gender, class, and race would always be secondary expressions of humanity.

But subsequent generations of politicians engaged in all the vices, follies and infirmities expected of humans as they debated and implemented policies accommodating trade, fisheries, agriculture, transportation, and mining amid speculative fevers. They ignored the rising influence of the political infallibility and intransigence of abolitionists and planters who blundered us into the Civil War.

Next for 1,500 days, Americans killed Americans until over 700,000 had died in battles, hospitals, and prisons. The men in blue and grey uniforms created an environment for winning the war. But this national catastrophe would not prompt politicians to consider first principles as blacks would find freedom a precious talisman lacking instructions and protections for the future.

Dr. Martin Luther King reminded the country that the Declaration of Independence was a promissory note to which every American was to fall heir. He brought us the Civil Rights Act of 1964 reminding of the preeminence for personal liberties as defined at our founding. Only through exercising and respecting personal freedoms can his dream be realized of a symphony of brotherhood where all are judged by the content of their character.
