Russia's 'Shadow Mobilization' Accelerates With New Ethnic Units From The North Caucasus

Faced with a deepening personnel crisis within its military, Russia is scrambling to find fighters for its war in Ukraine and recruiting heavily from its North Caucasus region to form new units along ethnic lines who are then deployed with minimal training.

Regional officials from Daghestan, Ingushetia, and Kalmykia have announced plans to form rifle companies that are each made up of soldiers from a particular Russian republic. According to reporting by Caucasus.Realities, a regional news outlet of RFE/RL’s North Caucasus Service, these national units are formed primarily of contract soldiers who have previous military training and have been targeted by local recruitment drives aimed at pressuring and enticing men of military age to join the war in Ukraine.

“It seems that the governors [of these North Caucasus republics] were instructed to form extra forces in addition to official recruitment through the military registration and enlistment offices,” Sergei Krivenko, director of the Citizen. Army. Law human rights group, told RFE/RL.

Krivenko says that Citizen. Army. Law is monitoring the formation of these units closely but says that much is still not clear about the conditions and circumstances they will all face, including pay and whether they will be officially classified as military personnel within the Defense Ministry or be designated as paramilitary or mercenary units, which could leave them in a legal gray area.

He adds that while the formation of such units is happening across all of Russia at the moment, the North Caucasus is a particular target, with the region home to some of the lowest living standards and salaries in the entire country.

Support for Marxist Communism, as well as global scale financial support from modern day Communist Internationale related sources (which once included its subordinate Supreme Soviet), continue to support centrally controlled global totalitarianism and proliferation anywhere it can, including the currently near split Chinese Politburo, a slim majority of which still support Xi Jinping.

In 1991, I was there in Moscow when most of the Politburo simply slid over into the previously toothless parliament (created by Lenin in 1921 [seme year Lenin chose Mao to spread the Communist Revolution throughout ALL of East Asia], to fool the West into thinking the CCCP had a parliament).

Leftist supported agencies and NGO’s associated with, or dominated by current KGB/FSB, GRU, and MSS are actively supporting SEBIN, DAI, *CNI, D-2, *VAJA, and numerous other national Intel agencies and ngo front’s and finance arrangements.

These have their hands in myriad organizations, including all over the US, and even US government.

Historically —

Both National Socialists (Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei), and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics were anti-God and leftist socialists (and Communism was and is a socialist state).

Both Germany and the CCCP were at their core humanist and socialist. As well, while the numbers are not clear, between the humanist/socialist led Bolshevic Revolution and 1938, most of the more neutral “estimates” (up to WWII, and from Lenin [Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov] to Stalin [Ioseb Jughashvili]) there were somewhere between 33 Million up to near 54 Million people either slaughtered in the various communist “revolutions”, or starved or worked to death as slaves within the CCCP.

Again, this was largely pre-WWII.

There are multiple historians who have tried to put it all together (and who are still trying), but there is careful internal and external study and credibility behind Ukraine having ultimately lost approximately 20-22 Million people to multiple socialist/communist revolutions, and deliberate large/national scale starvation, and forced displacement and enslavement policy (mostly taken to Russian/Siberia and modern day CIS, directed at Ukraine because many of the farmers would not give up their farms and land, and were perceived threats to the CCCP and Moscow’s Supreme Soviet - again, pre 1938.

UA was crushed by the Communist Red Army, then crushed by the NAZI Army, then run back over by the Red Army.

There were three “macro groups” of people in Ukraine at the run up to the WWII German NAZI Army takeover of Ukraine -

1. Those who fought the Nazi’s and died (millions).
2. Those who tried to compromise with the Nazi’s, stay quiet, and to stay alive, or secret work against the Nazi’s.
3. Those who fought with the German Nazi’s, seeing chance to defeat Stalin and the CCCP which had already killed near or over 20 Million Ukrainians.

In other words, the option was a horrific new German Socialist army vs. the already known horrific Soviet Socialist Red Army.

Those were really bad optiims no matter how one may try to paint it.

Of course, Hitler and Stalin had the secret agreement to divide Eastern Europe, which both socialist leaders quickly violated.

After WWII, there was a whole lot of coverup and whitewashing, but absolute horrors were uncovered from both sides, stretching from well before Stalin took a sliver of Poland, followed by Germany going all “Blitzkrieg Postal” through all of Poland and eventually nearly surrounding Moscow (except to the East).

There are very impressive monuments on the edge of Moscow,marking the extent of German Army advances. I have several photos, and from different locations around Moscow, where I worked for nearly a decade, before my Service time.

Decades later, I was a member of a really good team which discovered approximately 2 dozen more very large, previously unmarked, mass graves of Ukrainian and Jewish Ukrainian soldiers and their families who were executed by the NAZI Army in Ukraine.

These are still being studied, but are together likely between 1.6 to 1.8 Million more people killed and not previously counted.

Worse, there is a firestorm of opposition to study and publication coming from both Germany, and yes Moscow. As well there is a significant classified aspect to all of this as well. So another modern WWII mess continuum.

Komsamol — was and is the Young Communist organization HQ’d in Moscow, really consisting of ages 13 up to 29 years of age, with the parent organization once being the Communist Party of Soviet Union, but still funded by Communist Internationale, and multiple socialist parties within current government *INCLUDING “Novorossiya”.

In September 2015, RIM leader Vorobyev traveled to Sweden to meet with the Nordic Resistance Movement (NRM), a neo-Nazi group active across Scandinavian countries and spoke at the NRM’s “Nordic Days” event.

In June 2015, RIM joined Rodina in co-founding the World National Conservative Movement (WNCM). A network of extreme-right groups from around the world, WNCM opposes pluralism, tolerance, and other liberal values, according to its manifesto.

The network promotes the use of violence in service of its ideology.

RIM invited over 50 extreme-right, white supremacist, and neo-Nazi groups from 28 countries to join WNCM, including:

Some of these have direct ties to multiple pre and post WWII NAZI families from Germany (East Germany), Russia, and Argentina/Chile -

This is not all we know or have, but as a true principled anti-NAZI, and true principled anti-socialist/anti-communist this is already more than most people have for attention span, especially those who have bought the real lie’s and propaganda from the Kremlin.
