All granted, vacated (lower court judgement reversed) and remanded for new proceedings in light of NYSRPA v. Bruen.

Good news!
Various local judges have enjoined states which had trigger laws on abortion. They need reminding.
This is a positive move. I expected cert denied.
Does that mean that Duncan v Bonta goes back to judge Benitez at the district court level or does it go back to the 9th circuit?
Next steps are challenges to the high cost barriers in places like DC that these politicians have fashioned as “acceptable regulation” that are actually barriers. As an NRA member for 50+ years, I salute the USSC for affirming the Second Amendment. Weekly, during the summer, I shoot trap, skeet and pistol in our gun club’s league events. I have never harmed any living with a firearm as my guns behave themselves.

It goes back to the prosecutorial team to restructure the case (or decline to go forward) so that it meets the Constitutionality test.

And yet the Gov in the blue state of Delaware is about to sign a slew of gun laws against “assault: weapons , high cap magazines , etc., etc. I hope they get the pants sued off them and the recent SCOTUS decision helps us fight the laws passed here by the Democrats.
How does this effect all the poor saps that transported a firearm “through” NY and were severely whacked because of it?
In WA state, Today is the last day to claim you possessed magazines with capacity of more than 10 rounds. I’ve been telling everyone to “memorialize” their gift of these magazines to their underage kids-so that they can acquire the guns when they are of age and already proof that their possession of the mags to go with them pre-dates July 1, 2022.
