To deal with the worldwide energy crisis and the ESG recession, Alex Epstein, author of Fossil Future: Why Global Human Flourishing Requires More Oil, Coal, and Natural Gas -- Not Less has suggested that:
“Joe Biden can end the global energy crisis in 3 easy steps: 1. Promise to stop his anti-fossil fuel-fuel agenda for the remainder of his administration. 2. Withdraw from the Paris Agreement. 3. Encourage other countries to do 1 and 2. Production will surge, prices will plummet.”
To create credibility regarding energy markets (including the oil and natural gas), Biden would need to take several additional steps to make people believe he was serious about promising to stop his anti-fossil fuel agenda for the remainder of his administration.
The first step is to fire John Kerry, Biden’s special presidential envoy for climate change. Kerry’s recent comments opposing building more fossil fuel infrastructure are just the latest example of why Biden needs to fire Kerry to create credibility in promising to abandon his anti-fossil-fuel agenda. Kerry has been on a decades-long campaign to put the oil companies out of business. Kerry should be fired, and his position should be eliminated.
The second step is to fire Gina McCarthy, Biden’s National Climate Advisor. McCarthy is a former EPA administrator under Barack Obama and a true believer that there are no benefits coming from the fossil fuel industry, only downsides. McCarthy is one of the primary proponents of eliminating fossil fuels and transitioning to wind and solar. She believes this so strongly that she wants to censor people who speak against her orthodoxy. Her failed ideology has led to the current energy crisis. McCarthy should be fired, and her position should be eliminated.
The third step is to fire Secretary of Energy Jennifer Granholm.

Granholm is publicly a true believer in shifting away from fossil fuels. She wants to eliminate fossil fuels from our energy industry. Why would anyone in the fossil fuel industry trust this person? They shouldn’t and as long as she is around, they won’t trust any promise made by Biden. Granholm needs to be fired and replaced by someone that the fossil fuel industry trusts to support them in increasing production over the long term.
There are other personnel decisions that would need to be made to complete the pivot of the Biden administration, but this housecleaning needs to start at the top. Only then will the current “energy crisis” begin to come to an end.
RE: McCarthy won’t even demand Cheney’s resignation over this lie-fest.
This article is talking about GINA McCarthy, not Kenin McCarthy.
ESG - Woke fiduciary negligence
This was all planned, they wanted an energy crisis and people freezing and dying for lack of heat this winter.
I’ve been saying for a while now that if they really wanted to end the energy crisis they would truss John Kerry up and throw him off the top of the Washington monument, as a gesture of good faith.
LOL like any of that’s ever gonna happen.
Because it is clear that this entire administration is incompetent and corrupt, Joe will soon drag us into WAR, both to Distract and to increase his emergency powers.
The GOPe is impossible to fix. We have a better chance trying to reform the town drunk.
These people, press people, they don’t understand how tyranny works
No one is interested in solving any energy problem or any problem. The only problem they see are the problem solvers. Trump and his supporters.
They all work for Biden who will do nothing of the kind, as this bloviator well knows.
Don’t forget the transportation secretary, Buttplug.

Ya with Kerry flying around the world burning up the oil reserves
A new CEO was hired to take over a struggling company. The CEO who was stepping down met with him privately and presented him with three numbered envelopes. “Open these if you run into serious trouble,” he said.
Well, three months later sales and profits were still way down and the new CEO was catching a lot of heat. He began to panic but then he remembered the envelopes. He went to his drawer and took out the first envelope. The message read, “Blame your predecessor.” The new CEO called a press conference and explained that the previous CEO had left him with a real mess and it was taking a bit longer to clean it up than expected, but everything was on the right track. Satisfied with his comments, the press – and Wall Street – responded positively.
Another quarter went by and the company continued to struggle. Having learned from his previous experience, the CEO quickly opened the second envelope. The message read, “Reorganize.” So he fired key people, consolidated divisions and cut costs everywhere he could. This he did and Wall Street, and the press, applauded his efforts.
Three months passed and the company was still short on sales and profits. The CEO would have to figure out how to get through another tough earnings call. The CEO went to his office, closed the door and opened the third envelope. The message said, “Prepare three envelopes.”
It looks like Biden hasn’t opened the second envelope yet. 😆😁
What the democrats are doing is on purpose. They have no intention of lowering prices and will raise them even more.
In the USA less then 2 years ago.
The price of unleaded was $1.99 and diesel was $2.45 <-— !!

“And because Biden refuses to do what’s necessary (and easy) to bring the cost of gas down (drill, baby, drill), this will be a long recession.”
“Democrats want a country filled with cheap labor living in squalor while they enjoy life in air-conditioned high rises.”
