Alan Simpson was the co-sponor of this Trojan Horse, and the liar who talked Ronald Reagan into signing it.
This bill was a disaster for the American people but it sure has pleased the corporate donors who wanted it.

Simpson’s words suggest one of his biggest problems with Trump was his personality. Seriously... the man does incredible good for our country and your problem is that he’s not a compliant beta male like so many of the losers in congress?!

My take is that people like this have bought into the MSNBC characterature of Trump. Thus they are not too smart. They also think these anti-Trump stances makes them look savvy and independent or something to their social RINO friends.
In reality they haven’t spent any time with Donald Trump to understand what he is really like.
