Russia is successfully in control of the two separatist territories. Ukraine lacks the wherewithall to dislodge the Russian and separatist forces.

In that sense, Russia has won. But, since Ukraine did not actually control the territories, they were not lost to the Russians.

Russian forces invding elsewhere were decimated. That is, they lost. The Ukraine forces therefore repelled them and won

Ukraine is severely war torn and damaged. Russian military is but a shadow of what it was before the failed invasion. Russia is under debilitating sanctions and is economically withering on the vine.

Russia is clearly the loser at this point with Europe against it and piling on with the economic destruction of sickly Mother Russia.

1. I suppose by existing, Israel created the Six Day War. But your assinine tu quoque fallacy is false on three grounds: A. Israel didn't start the war. The Arabs went to war with Israel in 1947 and 1948 and there was no formal peace treaty ending it.
B. The United Arab Republic (Egypt and Syria) breached the ceasefire by blockading Israel and firing artillery into Israeli communities. These were acts of war.
C. Israel faced an existential threat in 1967 with Arab leaders calling for the destruction of Israel and the the Mediterranean to be turned red with Jewish blood. And they were whipped into a frenzy by the Soviet Union, which lied to the ARabs that Israel was mobilizing before Arab attacks. Fortunately for those not allied with the Soviet Union then and KGB today, the Communist Jihad of 1967 failed.

The Neo-Nazi political party in Ukraine, Svoboda (previously Social-National Party of Ukraine) has no political power today. In 2012, they were at their zenith, getting over 10% of the vote and 37 out of 450 seats in the Ukranian Parliament. In 2014, they lost 31 seats and got only 4.7% of the vote. In 2019, Svoboda got 2.15% of the vote and 1 seat.
Ukraine's Jewish president Zelenskyy got over 80% of the vote and his political party (SN/Servant of the People) has 240 seats.

My father and his family were from Polish Galicia and were partisans in World War 2. I am well aware of actual Neo-Nazis and OUN supporters in Ukraine.
