GOP Representative Mary Miller has thanked Donald Trump for 'the historic victory for white life' after the Supreme Court's bombshell Roe v Wade ruling.
Miller said 'on behalf of all the MAGA patriots in America' she wanted to praise the former president for his role in reversing the 49-year-old law.
She also said she appreciated his endorsement for the upcoming primary on Tuesday during the rally in Mendon, Illinois, on Saturday night.
But she appeared to trip up over her words as she thanked him for 'the historic victory for white life' while on stage before continuing with the rest of her speech.
Miller's team quickly put out a statement clarifying she misread her prepared statement and had meant to say 'right to life'.

Donald Trump said the overturning of the landmark Supreme Court decision giving women the right to abortion “will happen, automatically,” if he is elected president and gets to appoint justices to the high court.
“I am pro-life,” Trump said during Wednesday night’s presidential debate when asked whether he wanted that decision, Roe v. Wade, reversed by the Supreme Court.
Trump said that if the ruling were to be reversed, laws on the legality or illegality of abortion would “go back to the individual states” to decide, which was the case prior to Roe v. Wade.
But when moderator Chris Wallace pressed him on whether he wanted the ruling overturned.
Trump said, “That will happen, automatically in my opinion!” because he would get to nominate potentially several justices to the court.
In response, Hillary Clinton said, “I strongly support Roe v. Wade.”
“I will defend Roe v. Wade, I will defend a woman’s right to make her own decision,” Clinton said.
She criticized Trump for having said in the past that a woman should be punished if she got an abortion when it was made illegal.
Trump fired back, saying Clinton was in favor of partial-birth abortions being legal, which meant that a fetus could be “ripped out” of a mother’s womb a day before she was due to give birth.

This gaff can be chalked up to misreading the teleprompter. Her past Hitler comment was just plain dumb.

The media considers any concern for white life to be racist [not just abortion] but concern for non-white life is admirable.

I watched the whole speech and I knew the minute she said that the left would jump on it. It was a flub and anybody with common sense knows that. That’s why that excludes anyone on the left.
You're argument is based on fact and therefore not a factor in some democRAT or RINO's political aims--as a result millions of black babies are mutilated in the womb since their unborn lives don't matter to them.
Considering the disproportionally high abortion rate among Blacks this is obviously not what she meant....though of course White babies will be saved too.
I watched the rally and she was pretty nervous when speaking, easy to understand how she could flub something.
