President Joe Biden accused the Russian military of torturing Ukrainians using electrocution and other methods in an official statement Sunday.
Biden's statement marked the International Day in Support of Victims of Torture. In it Biden accused several nations of using torture on either their own people or the people of nations they were attacking. Biden has in the past called for Russia and Putin to be put on trial for war crimes.
"Any instance of torture is one too many, and yet every year countless victims suffer this brutal violation of their human rights and dignity," Biden wrote. "This year we have been shocked by the horrific acts committed by Russian forces in Ukraine, including multiple, credible reports of torture such as beatings, electric shocks, and mock executions."

You can’t call electrocution “barbaric” until you know if the electricity was from evil fossil fuels, or Gaia-friendly renewables.
As long as the demented, corrupt Biden can be propped up, kept awake, read a teleprompter, and do as he is told, the Left will allow him to posture as President. Only power matters.
Biden denied emissions waivers during the 2021 Texas freeze that would have allowed greater power production and saved lives.
Letting people freeze to death qualifies as torture in my book.

This is the first I have read of this. Why has no other news service blasted Russia for this? Did it happen or not? Is this propaganda because Ukraine is losing again, and Joe wants more support to give Ukraine citizens fully automatic weapons and make the US taxpayers pay for it? And will this eventually force Russia to Nuke NYC or LA? Will Joe sacrifice millions of Americans to a nuclear strike in order to get his full on war with Russia so he can get re-elected? There is so much BS coming from the WH on this whole Ukraine war. I mean, the US has done 10 times worse. What Russia is doing and what Nato and the US are doing to stop it is just escalating this to a possible nuclear war.
Biden thinks he’s a wartime president. He also thinks dismembering babies is a fundamental right that is found in the Constitution.
The child in the womb who faces tortuous dismemberment and certain death should have the same rights and dignity, but Joe doesn't seem to agree.

If anybody know about torturing it’s Biden.
The evidence of Russian torture needs to be put on the web, followed by an opportunity for open rebuttal and evaluation by a neutral body. Otherwise, the allegations are no more reliable than the claims of Ukrainian victory or chemical weapons in Syria.
Such things as bombing another Country or denying emission wavers are bad only when done by a Republican.
