Alito Takes a Blow Torch to Liberal Justices' Dissent(2nd amendment call pt2)

On Thursday morning the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 to strike down restrictive "may issue" concealed carry laws in New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen.

Justice Clarence Thomas wrote the majority opinion and explained how the Second Amendment is not a second-class right.

The arguments made by the dissenting justices were wildly irrelevant from the issue of constitutionality and current law, prompting Justice Samuel Alito to file a separate, concurring opinion destroying their claims. He also took issue with their ignorance and arrogance surrounding the facts of lawful gun ownership vs. criminality. (Take a look, bolding is mine)

Typical liberal stat based straw argument of the Bloomberg team these justice iterated.

Did some 5 year old mental age woke write the dissent for these justice nincompoops..? Or they just wanted political antifa agitating frothing window dressing?

As a devil’s advocate I could have come up with better but it seems the MO is to set a precedent to allow legal modification on a whim with no good arguments except for window dressing

I hope so, but it should not have to be this long and circuitous path to, you know, follow the Constitution.

Financial relationship with a rapist? You nuts?

No, he should do hard labor for the rest of the life of the growing child to pay off forcing a child to be born.

The mother should never EVER feel guilty for forcing the child alive or dead.

It should be included in the rapist sentence additions

The raped mother should never EVER feel guilty for forcing the child alive or dead, not should ever feel guilty for being forced in or out of motherhood by whomever did it to her.

Privacy for abortion is ABSOLUTELY LUDICROUS Especially IN A RAPE CASE! that Roe V Wade protected

It should be included in the rapist sentence additions if the mother feel forced to kill the unborn. CHARGE RAPIST WITH MURDER THEN, because of the mere vicious intentions.

But Roe v Wade privacy clauses completely protected the rapist and put it all on the woman’s shoulders!

Really, for Constitutional issues, these cases are coming at a pretty good clip.

Thanks. When I get really angry I vent by making silly analogies.

Answer to prayer.

Maybe God wants us to say, “YOU’VE GOT THIS, GOD.”

Almost like saying we’ve lost it, but God’s getting it back.

What is the alternative? Letting a rapist go free like nothing ever happened? A child swept under the rug and a woman’s compounded grief?

Sure, no one should force life or love, as it is the irony of the rapist. So charge him with murder, whether child is kept or not

I think many are willfully deceived , others just deceived as deception runs wild these days. Very little is what it appears to be in the media which confuses many. But everyone knows things are where they need to be. So yes I agree to your post.

The Dobbs (abortion) case: The US Supreme Court decision is constitutionally sound. The Court has jurisdiction over the unconstitutional Court decision in Roe v. Wade and finally overturned it. Roe v. Wade was unconstitutional because 1) the feds have no constitutional authority regarding abortions and 2) the feds have no jurisdiction over state abortion laws.

The Bruen (gun) case: The US Supreme Court decision is constitutionally unsound because the Court has no jurisdiction over NY State gun laws. This appears to be a victory for our Free Constitutional Republic, but it in not because it strengthens more unconstitutional federal power over the states. The greatest threat to our lives and wellbeing is the unconstitutionally unlimited and totalitarian power of the federal government.
