- with McConnell and 14 other Republicans giving it a boost
The Senate voted 65 to 34 to end a Republican-led filibuster on the gun reform package, with final passage coming as early as later Thursday
Senators were working on an agreement that would allow them to expedite the process instead of waiting 30 hours for a final vote
Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell was among the 15 Republicans to vote in favor of the package
The House could pass the package by the end of the week House Republican leadership is encouraging members to vote against it

This is the political equivalent of the 2004 ALCS series when the Yankees were up 3-0 and then completely choked on their vomit.
With crap like this, the GOP ain't winning back jack.

It’s time to reform the U.S. Senate. People like McConnell and Romney need to be removed by constitutional amendment if necessary.

Even after seeing the SCOTUS decision on the 2A these bastids went ahead and voted for this unconstitutional piece of garbage.
With this decision today, this should be easily thrown out like the garbage it is.

It’s a “gun control package”.
No hearings, no debate, nobody knows the details, but the Senate “did something”.

Although we’re Republicans, my wife and I have decided to vote with the Nazi RATS in December. Mitch is gonna be proud of us. I’m going to talk all of my extended family to all vote for the ‘RATs. Screw the GOP.

He just got reelected and there is no mechanism to remove him.
There is only one way to get rid of most of these traitorous officials. Pray that God delivers us and rids us of them.
