Were I a grandpa on location, I’d have taken on the body armor and firearms of the weaklings and gone in.
I’m not trained, nor brave, but would have just not stood around.
One of the Uvalde cops tried that, per today’s hearing. His wife was shot and bleeding out. The other Uvalde cops detained him at gunpoint, confiscated his firearm and ejected him from the premises.
His wife died.
And you would have been tackled, pepper sprayed, tased and arrested.
The cops did a find job of controlling unarmed civilians.
