Authorities have not decided to press charges? And the suspect was armed trying to take cash from the register?
And if someone robbed a gun shop of dozens of arms, the leftist would attack them as well for lack of security.

Robbing an open gun store anywhere is insane but in Texas it is ultra insane. Texas has old school law, you the right to use deadly force to defend yourself or YOUR PROPERTY. I believe the rules are a little bit different for during the day time, but after dark, it’s bang, with few questions asked.

It happened locally, some decades ago. Slashed the throat of one of the owners. Peep got away...for a while. The owner lived, and kept the store running.
Note to self: Never rob a Texas gun store during the day with a “bladed object”!
