Video making the rounds on social media shows a Miami-Dade police officer’s comments to a man during a traffic stop, News 6 partner WPLG reported.
The stop took a threatening turn for the driver, who was heading to work.
“Give me your driver’s license, registration and insurance,” the officer says in the video....
The MDPD officer then made a very bold statement to the man.
“Simple thing, man. This is how you guys get killed out here, man,” the officer said.

“. Most people here drive around without one”
That’s best, so you’ll be thrown clear in a roll over. /s
In Georgias I know State Troopers pull their vehicle where its profile obstructs anyone from pulling off a side-swipe hit....always angled in places where it is possible.
Don’t put words in my mouth.
I haven’t been pulled over in years. Yes sir, no sir, yes officer, or no officer worked for me back then.
My dad had a truck roll over on his car. If he’d have had a seat belt on, he wouldn’t have been able to dive down flat on the seat. The truck crushed the roof down to the hood/trunk level. Super rare thing to have happen I know but true story. Only thing that happened to him was glass in his left knuckles because he kept his hand on the steering wheel. Big old 72 Plymouth Satellite. There happened to be a professional photographer passing by so he stopped and took pics. I still have the 8x10 glossy photos he gave my dad. He also sold photos to the local papers.
“Don’t put words in my mouth.”
You did say a small taste.
Or brains, or respect.
Been driving for 46 years, I never put a vehicle into gear without my seat belt and any passengers belts' secure. Laws or no laws, just feels awkward.
Oh, Boo hoo!!! Cry me a river....
Video starts in the midst of the encounter, driver tries to exit vehicle after commenting to his video feed “this dude gonna be famous....”
Don’t care about your diplomat friend from Ghana, don’t care about DC and all your made up problems.....
The real question is: Does Florida law require valid drivers license, registration and proof of insurance, after being stopped for wearing no seat belt?
Anyone that wants a badge and gun should be carefully examined. Yes there are good cops and bad cops. The problem is that they circle around the “thin blue line” and protect each other.
There is no cop better than the worst cop he serves with.
EOM
Three things you say to a police officer:
Yes sir
No sir
I want a lawyer

Looking at that photo the only thing I see in the future is “File-> Save As -> Photoshop PSD”
Leave the layers intact for someone else to finish.

Yup, Clickbait.
we should send this “journalist” the video link of Biden pinching that girl.

IOW’s, even good cops are bad.
Feel sorry for him? For pennies, he's putting you at risk as well.
Once again, that is not what I said.
Probably why your state and the south in general have the higher traffic fatality rates.
Seatbelts not only save lives and reduce injury severity, but they also reduce accidents by keeping the driver’s ass in place when shit goes sideways so that they can maintain steering control instead of using the wheel as a stabilizer.
Wearing a seatbelt literally improves your driving skills and reaction time. Ask any professional racer.
