Joe Biden also stopped to take photos with beach goers and used the opportunity to creep on little girls.

He didn’t initiate a thing. He didn’t grab the girls. This is NOTHING like other pics/videos of him brushing a young girls chest or touching their face and hair.
This is a complete NOTHING BURGER. Two girls went to Biden to get their pictures with him and he let them.
