The only reason it is allowed to come out is because they WANT Biden gone. I think they were trying to hold on until 2023 where it would be possible for Harris to serve for a total of ten years.
But with Harris poll numbers lower then Biden that pipe dream has faded so now it is time to get rid of Biden before the mid-terms.
At least that is the way I see it
Unless they cheat their way out of it there is no way for them to avoid a midterms disaster, least of all having Kamala Harris take over as President. Joe stays until the midterms and then takes all the blame, every bit of it. He will be radioactive to dems and the media. However there is still the problem of Kamala. They messed up big time installing a dementia riddled moron as Pres and not putting a good escape clause in via a viable VP. Instead they picked someone worse than Biden (maybe that was the point, so nobody would calling for him to step down. Oh well, bad plan). So first they have to "Spirow Agnew" her. And she won't lay down for it, all she cares about in the entire universe is her own prestige and she won't give that up easily.

I see it a little differently. This is a classic Democrat maneuver of shoving it down our throats and daring us to do anything about it. They do this a lot…parade some very outrageous stuff and force us to accept it…because they know we won’t go to the mattresses to throw them out.
I think they are fine with daylighting this outrage knowing that their iron-control of the legal system and law enforcement means we just have to swallow it and thus degrade our rotting society and culture that much more.
I think they actually like this process and want more of it. They’ve been killing us with it for decades and the only way to stop it is forcibly…and they don’t believe we will ever go there.

That’s what Hubby and I think. Tucker’s Fox News handlers gave him the green light to “go there” and start this ball rolling.
