You can’t pardon anyone before they are charged.
On Jan 6th, 2020, Trump was almost done with his term,
and none of the people were yet charged.

He can’t pardon someone who isn’t convicted if I understand correctly. And if he gets elected the creeps in DC would keep them in prison without charges or a trial his entire term

Trump should be providing lawyers to every one of those people as I speak. It should be free of charge if he really wants to help.
