Failure to leave as directed is not unlawful entry. It might be trespassing, which is a typical charge here in Florida for those not leaving a place when told by an authorized person.

It would be unlawful entry if they left and came back after it was closed..but perhaps negated by the fact the Schiff invited them in...

They’ll say we’re not insurectionistsssss, we were just wanting interviews and didn’t realize we couldn’t stay after hours, etc.
